Veggie Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sliced onions
    1 garlic clove, minced
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 c. vegetables, in bite size pieces (such as zucchini, green pepper, mushrooms, etc.)
    2 Tbsp. tomato sauce
    1 Tbsp. water
    dash of oregano and basil
    1/4 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    2 large or 3 regular pita breads, split and toasted under broiler
Preparation
    Saute onion and garlic in olive oil until transparent and tender. Add vegetables, cover and steam for a few minutes until crisp but tender. Stir in tomato sauce, water, oregano and basil. Sprinkle with cheese and place under broiler until cheese is bubbly. Cut each with pizza cutter into fourths.
