Cheesy Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
1 can mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 small onion, chopped
10 oz. pkg. shredded cheese
1/2 stick melted oleo
1 box sour cream
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
cornflakes (optional)
Preparation

Cook onion in butter, then mix all other ingredients together, except cornflakes.
Blend well.
Spread in greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Top with cornflakes if desired.
