Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb stew meat
    salt, pepper, paprika
    2 Tbsp dry onion soup mix
    6 medium potatoes, peeled
    2 medium onions, chopped
    3 carrots, quartered
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/2 cup water
    1/2 cup wine, optional
    celery & garlic powder
Preparation
    Put everything in a casserole and bake very slowly 3 hours or more---can also be done in a crockpot.
