Pecan Pie #4 - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            1 unbaked (9-inch) pie shell
 
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. pancake syrup
1/2 c. sugar
vanilla (if desired)
3/4 to 1 c. broken pecans
2 Tbsp. melted margarine
Preparation
- 
                            Mix together eggs, sugar and vanilla until well blended.
 
Add syrup, pecans and melted margarine.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
