Yeast Spoon Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. dry yeast
2 c. lukewarm water
1 egg, beaten
4 c. self-rising flour
1/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. melted shortening
Preparation

Mix yeast and lukewarm water and set aside.
Mix all dry ingredients.
Add beaten egg in center of bowl of dry ingredients. Add yeast mixture next then melted shortening.
Mix well and store in refrigerator (preferably overnight) to let dough rise, cover tightly with plastic wrap.
Use dough as needed.
