Zucchini And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sliced zucchini
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 c. Minute rice, uncooked
    2 c. cottage cheese
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. grated sharp cheese
    1 small can chopped mushrooms
Preparation
    In 13 x 9-inch pan, layer rice, zucchini, mushrooms, onions and cottage cheese.
    Season with salt, pepper, oregano and garlic salt.
    Pour can of soup over entire casserole and add grated cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    (Must be Minute rice.)
