2 c. cooked squash, mashed
2 slices white bread
1 c. skim milk
1 Tbsp. grated onion
2 eggs
4 oz. grated cheese
salt and pepper to taste

You can add 4 teaspoons diet oleo and add 1/2 fat selection, but it is not necessary.
