Ham Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 loaves white bread, cut off crusts
2 pieces ham slices, cubed
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
2 pkg. Old English Kraft cheese slices
Preparation

Line a 9 x 13-inch pan with bread slices (butter each slice of bread).
Put 1 slice of cheese on each piece of bread.
Put a layer of cubed ham on top of bread slices and cheese.
Repeat layering.
Beat the eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
Pour over ham and bread.
Let stand overnight.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Place pan on a cookie sheet with water in bottom of cookie sheet.
