Pecan Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. pecans, ground
    1 c. sifted cake flour
Preparation
    Beat butter until soft.
    Add sugar until creamy.
    Stir pecans and flour into butter mixture.
    Roll dough into small balls. Place on greased baking sheet.
    Bake in oven at 300\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Roll while hot in powdered sugar.
    When cool, roll again.
    (These burn very easily, so check them while baking.)
