Cincinnati Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. water
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 large, chopped onions
    1 toe garlic
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 1/2 tsp. cider vinegar
    3 large bay leaves
    2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 tsp. cumin
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 1/2 tsp. allspice
Preparation
    Crumble raw ground beef into water; do not brown.
    Add all ingredients.
    Bring to a boil, then simmer 3 hours.
    Remove garlic toe and bay leaves.
