Coconut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cake flour, sifted
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. Crisco
    2/3 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/3 c. milk
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Sift together first four ingredients.
    Add next three ingredients. Beat for 2 minutes on medium speed, then add the last two ingredients.
    Beat two more minutes.
    Pour batter into two 9-inch round pans that have been greased and floured. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
