Seafood Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 large lasagna noodles
    1 c. onion
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
    1 egg, beaten
    2 tsp. basil
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1/3 c. milk
    1/3 c. dry white wine
    1 lb. shrimp, cooked
    1 (7 oz.) can crabmeat
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. sharp cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions; drain well.
    Arrange 4 noodles in bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Saute onion in butter in skillet.
    Blend in cream cheese. Stir in cottage cheese, egg, basil, salt and pepper.
    Spread one-half of the mixture over the noodles. Combine soup, milk and wine in bowl.
    Stir in shrimp and crabmeat.
    Spread one-half of mixture over cottage cheese layer.
    Repeat layers again. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Top with the shredded sharp cheese and bake an additional 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese has melted.
    Let stand 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
