Sausage Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
    6 eggs
    1 c. shredded sharp cheese
    1 c. milk
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Brown sausage and onion; drain.
    Mix eggs, cheese, milk, salt and pepper.
    Layer sausage and broccoli in pie shell.
    Pour egg mixture over all.
    Bake 30 to 45 minutes at 375\u00b0.
