Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch fresh spinach, rinsed and torn into bite size pieces
    1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
    1/4 c. crumbled Bleu cheese
    2 green onions, chopped (with green tops, also)
Preparation
    In large bowl, combine all ingredients.
    Refrigerate until serving time and then toss with your favorite vinaigrette dressing.
