Chicken Curry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sliced chicken breasts
2 c. coconut milk or light cream
2 Tbsp. green curry paste
1 c. sweet peas (frozen)
2 green chillies, cut lengthwise
2 Tbsp. nampla (fish sauce)
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation

In a saucepan, heat oil over medium heat. Stir-fry green curry paste for 1 minute. Add chicken and nampla. Stir-fry until chicken is done. Add coconut milk and bring to a boil. Add sweet peas and green chillies.
Stir a few times.
Remove from heat.
