Coconut-Pecan Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 c. margarine
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/3 c. coconut
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Heat over medium heat the milk, margarine and sugar.
    Heat for 12 minutes until thick.
    Add vanilla, coconut and pecans.
    Spread on a 3 layered German chocolate cake.
    Frost tops only.
    Double recipe to frost sides and tops.
