Apple Pie Filling - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    21 c. peeled apples
    4 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. cornstarch
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together in a large boiler and let come to a boil.
    Cook 20 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Have lids hot. Pack in cans and seal.
