Jambalaya - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chicken, smoked sausage, diced pork, crawfish or shrimp
    2 onions, diced
    1 stick margarine
    1 can beef broth
    3 c. raw white rice
    1/2 bell pepper, diced
    1 can mushroom steak sauce
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes, drained
    3 Tbsp. Creole seasoning
Preparation
    Brown meat and remove excess fat.
    Put everything in large stockpot.
    Cover and cook on medium to low heat.
    Stir contents 3 times in first 15 minutes.
    Cook 35 minutes or until rice is done.
