Cowboy Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground meat
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    2 (No. 2) cans tomatoes
    1 can Spanish rice
    1 can cream-style corn
    1 can Veg-All
Preparation
    Saute meat and onion in 2 tablespoons oil.
    Add other ingredients to meat and onion mixture.
    Mix well.
    Simmer 1 hour on low.
    Cook in a heavy pan and stir often as it tends to stick.
