Chow Han (Japan) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 clove garlic
    1/2 c. chopped onion (Spring)
    2/3 c. chopped green pepper
    1 1/2 c. chopped beef steak
    3 eggs, beaten with 4 tsp. water
    2/3 c. chopped cooked ham
    1 c. cooked shrimp
    5 to 6 c. cooked rice, chilled and dried
    soy sauce
Preparation
    Saute garlic in oil until brown (set aside).
    Saute onion and green pepper until transparent (set aside).
    Cook eggs in pancake shape, cut into strips (set aside).
    Brown beef lightly; add ham, shrimp and cook over medium heat.
    Add rice, one cup at a time, stirring to separate.
    Add eggs to rice mixture.
    Toss lightly, season with soy sauce.
    (Optional:
    Add bean sprouts and water chestnuts.)
    Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
