Peach Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans sweetened condensed milk
    1 can evaporated milk
    4 c. mashed peaches
    1 c. sugar
    5 or 6 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    enough milk to finish filling 1 gal. freezer
Preparation
    Beat eggs and sugar; add evaporated milk, condensed sweetened milk and vanilla.
    Then heat well over double boiler; add peaches and pour into gallon freezer.
    Finish filling with milk and freeze.
    When frozen, pour water from ice cream freezer and pack with ice.
    Let set to mellow for better flavor.
