Fruit Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    pinch of salt
    2/3 c. milk
    1 large can drained, sliced peaches or other fruit (of your choice)
Preparation
    Melt margarine in deep casserole dish or baking pan.
    Mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and milk.
    Mix well. Pour this batter over melted margarine and add peaches.
    Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
    The fruit will sink and the batter will rise to the top.
