Ingredients

2 c. fresh raspberries
2 c. nonfat buttermilk
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation

In a food processor or blender, process raspberries until smooth. If you don't like the seeds, strain the puree. Put the puree back into the blender and add the rest of the ingredients. Process until smooth. Cover and chill.
