Chicken Cashew Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick melted butter
2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. onion, finely chopped
2 cans mushroom soup (undiluted)
1 c. chicken broth (not fat)
12 drips Tabasco
4 c. diced chicken
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped cashew nuts
2 cans Chinese noodles
Preparation

Melt butter; add and slightly brown the celery and onion.
Add soup, broth, Tabasco, chicken and salt.
Simmer for 5 minutes. Place in buttered casserole; top with cashew nuts and noodles. Place in a 350\u00b0 oven until heated through.
Serves 10.
