Chicken Ritz - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 chicken breasts
1 small carton sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 roll stack Ritz crackers
1/2 stick butter or margarine
Preparation

Boil chicken breasts without skin until done.
Cut up into bite-sized pieces.
Mix with sour cream and cream of chicken soup. Pour into casserole dish.
Crush Ritz crackers and mix with melted butter.
Sprinkle over chicken mixture.
Bake, uncovered, at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
