Italian Connection Gourmet'S Braciolone(Serves 3 To 5) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1/2 c. grated Romano cheese
    2 raw eggs, beaten
    1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper
    1 lb. top round steak, thinly sliced
    6 slices mortadella
    6 slices Provolone cheese
    1 egg, hard-boiled and quartered
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    3 c. your favorite spaghetti sauce
Preparation
    Mix together the ground meat, Romano cheese, raw eggs, bread crumbs, salt and pepper; set aside.
