Spinach "Brownies" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, thawed
    1 (1 lb.) pkg. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. flour
    2 eggs, beaten
    4 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Drain spinach in colander and squeeze out moisture.
    Combine cheese, spinach and onion in a large bowl, mixing well.
    Stir salt, baking powder and nutmeg into flour, then mix with spinach. Mix together beaten eggs, melted butter and milk.
    Stir into other ingredients.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Line a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with foil.
    Spray with Pam and pour in spinach mixture.
    Bake about 35 minutes until lightly browned.
    Remove from oven and cool completely. Remove from foil lining and cut into 2-inch squares.
    Makes about 40 small squares.
