Bombay Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked chicken
4 oz. can water chestnuts, chopped
1/2 c. diced celery
1/2 lb. green or red seedless grapes, cut in half
1/2 c. no-fat sour cream
1/4 c. low-fat mayonnaise
1 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Cut chicken into cubes.
Mix chicken, water chestnuts, celery and grapes together.
Blend sour cream, mayonnaise, curry powder, soy sauce and lemon juice.
Pour over chicken mixture and stir. Chill several hours.
Serves 6.
