Pete'S Camp Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 lb. ground beef
4 potatoes
2 onions
2 green peppers
4 carrots
salt and pepper
Preparation

Chop potatoes, onions, green peppers and carrots into small cubes or strips.
Salt and pepper meat to taste.
Divide meat into 4 large patties and place in center of a 12 x 12-inch square of aluminum foil.
Add the potatoes, onions, green peppers and carrots around the patties.
Wrap the mixture, place in the hot coals of your campfire and cook for 20 to 25 minutes.
Open and let cool for a few minutes.
You can make larger or smaller patties, but adjust the amount of vegetables accordingly.
