Taco Burger - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (10 oz.) can Old El Paso tomatoes and green chilies
    1 envelope taco seasoning mix
    1 tomato, peeled and chopped
    8 hamburger buns, toasted
    2 c. shredded lettuce
    1 c. shredded cheese
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Brown meat; drain.
    Stir in tomatoes and green chilies, seasoning mix and water.
    Simmer, uncovered, until thick.
    Stir in chopped tomatoes.
    Heat; divide and spoon on buns.
    Top with lettuce and cheese.
