Chicken Delight - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 chicken breasts (without bones and skin), halved
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 large can evaporated milk
Swiss cheese
14 oz. pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb seasoned stuffing cubes
butter (about 1/2 stick)
Preparation

Mix soup and milk until smooth.
Put a slice of Swiss cheese on top of each chicken breast.
Pour some of the soup mixture over all.
On top of this cover with the stuffing cubes.
Put rest of the soup mixture on top. Dot with butter. Cover with foil and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
Uncover and bake 15 minutes.
