Chocolate Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. sugar
    3/4 c. evaporated milk
    1 lb. large marshmallows
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 c. pecans
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix sugar, milk, marshmallows, margarine and salt in a 2-quart pan.
    Cook, stirring constantly, over medium heat.
    Bring to a boil.
    Boil and stir 5 minutes. more.
    Add chocolate chips, pecans and vanilla.
    Stir until chips are melted.
    Stir until almost cool.
    Pour into a buttered dish.
    Cool completely before cutting into pieces.
