Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large green peppers
    2 medium onions
    2 lb. sirloin steak
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1 can chicken broth
    2 c. water
    8 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/8 tsp. vegetable oil
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 c. cooked rice
    2 beef bouillon cubes
    cornstarch
Preparation
    Slice peppers long and thin.
    Saute in oil with onions.
    Cook until desired texture.
    In separate pan, slice sirloin into thin strips and fry.
    When cooked, add water, chicken broth and bouillon.
    Bring to a boil.
    Add cornstarch to desired thickness. Add ginger, peppers, onions and soy sauce. Continue simmering and stirring occasionally for 20 minutes. Serve over the cooked rice.
