Lemon Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 to 6 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 pkg. dry yeast
1 Tbsp. each lemon extract and grated lemon rind
1/2 c. water
1 c. milk
1/4 c. oleo
2 eggs
Preparation

Combine sugar, salt, flour and yeast.
Head milk, butter and water until very warm.
Pour into flour mixture and beat; add eggs, lemon juice and the grated rind.
Let rise.
Turn on floured board.
Knead.
Place in greased and floured loaf pans.
Let rise again.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes; let cool.
Put topping of powdered sugar, butter and lemon extract.
