Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 to 15 soft tortillas
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    1 can hot chili
    1 can mild chili
    2 lb. lean ground beef
    1/2 onion, sliced and cut up
    12 oz. mild shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 can enchilada sauce
Preparation
    Brown meat in pot with water.
    Drain water, mix chili with ground beef; add taco seasoning and 1/2 cup water; mix well.
    Warm enchilada sauce in pan.
    Warm tortillas according to package directions.
    Dip tortillas in enchilada sauce, one by one.
    Place 3 tablespoons of meat mixture in each tortilla, roll up; place in casserole dish.
    Pour rest of meat mixture over rolled up tortillas.
    Spread onion, then cheese on top of mix.
    Bake in 375\u00b0 oven until cheese is melted.
