Streusselkuchen(Kuczinskikuchen) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. flour
    2 yeasts
    1/2 c. milk (lukewarm)
    1 1/2 sticks butter
    5 Tbsp. sugar
    1 egg
    1 1/2 sticks butter
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix flour, milk and yeast.
    Add butter, sugar and egg.
    Mix butter mixture into flour mixture.
    Spread in buttered jelly loaf pan.
    The thinner the better.
    Than add the streussel:
    butter, sugar and flour.
    Bake for 10 minutes at 250\u00b0, then 300\u00b0 until brown.
    Instead of streussel, fruit can be added, peaches, plums and apples.
