German Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 bacon strips
3/4 c. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. flour
2/3 c. white vinegar
1 1/2 c. water
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
6 c. cooked, diced potatoes, peeled and well drained after cooking
Preparation

In a large skillet, fry bacon crisp.
Remove and set aside. Drain and discard all but 3 tablespoons of drippings.
