Salmon Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small can red salmon
    1 c. sour cream
    3 eggs, beaten until light
    1 Tbsp. onion flakes
Preparation
    Mix and pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until firm.
    Serves 4.
    Good any time, but makes an excellent, economical company dish.
