Texas Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 large green pepper, chopped
    1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    1/2 c. long grain rice (uncooked)
    2 tsp. salt
    1 to 2 tsp. chili powder
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown beef, onions and pepper until tender.
    Drain off fat and add rest of ingredients.
    Pour into ungreased 2-quart casserole.
    Cover and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
