Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. chuck steak, cut in pieces
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    1/2 green pepper
    1 large can tomatoes, drained (save juice)
    salt and pepper
    1/2 c. juice
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. A.1. sauce
Preparation
    Coat aluminum foil with butter and place in center of pan. Arrange pieces of meat on foil slightly overlapping.
    Put soup mix, tomatoes, seasonings and sliced pepper over top of steak. Mix cornstarch, A.1. sauce and tomato juice.
    Pour over meat. Cover with foil.
    Bake 2 hours at 375\u00b0.
