Vegetable Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. macaroni
    1 medium bell pepper, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 shredded carrots
    2 stalks celery, diced
    1/2 can Eagle Brand milk
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Cook macaroni.
    Drain.
    Cool and add vegetables and mix. Combine milk, vinegar, sugar, mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
    Add macaroni to mixture.
    Mix thoroughly and chill at least 4 hours.
