Mexican Fruit Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. self-rising flour
2 tsp. soda
2 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 c. pecans
Preparation

Mix flour, soda, eggs, sugar, pineapple and pecans.
Bake in a 9 x 13-inch greased pan at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Pour frosting over cake when out of oven.
