No Peek Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew beef (1-inch cubes)
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
    1 (4 oz.) can whole mushrooms, drained
    1/2 c. red wine
Preparation
    Combine ingredients well in 2-quart casserole.
    Cover.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 3 hours.
    Don't peek until it's done.
    Serve over rice or noodles.
    Serves 4 to 6.
