Icebox Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. heavy whipping cream
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. sugar
    dark chocolate baking cookies (chocolate wafers)
Preparation
    Beat cream until thick.
    Stack cookies 6 high and spread cream between each cookie.
    Lay stacks down sideways, one stack behind the other, icing tops and sides.
    Refrigerate 2 to 3 hours. Slice on an angle when serving.
