Fluffy Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. mashed potatoes (hot or cold)
    1 large pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 onion, chopped
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. flour
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can French fried onions
Preparation
    Saute onion in small amount of butter until soft, or use dehydrated onion.
    In large mixing bowl, beat potatoes, cream cheese, onion, eggs and flour.
    Beat until light and fluffy.
    Top with French fried onions.
    Bake, uncovered, for 35 minutes at 300\u00b0.
