Sparkle Mystery Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 pkg. raspberry gelatin
    1 1/4 c. hot water
    3 (1 lb.) cans stewed tomatoes
    6 drops Tabasco sauce
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. creamed horseradish
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. sugar substitute
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in hot water; add Tabasco and stewed tomatoes, chopped up.
    Chill until firm in a lightly oiled 3-quart ring mold.
    Unmold on greens and fill center with sour cream flavored with horseradish, salt and sugar.
    Makes 12 servings.
