Quick Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef or beef chunks
    1 medium onion
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 (16 oz.) egg noodles
Preparation
    Start a large pot of water on high to boil.
    Add noodles to the boiling water.
    Next, melt butter in a skillet.
    Add chopped onion and saute until translucent.
    Add meat and brown.
    When meat is browned, add garlic powder and turn heat down.
    When noodles are done, drain and add 1 or 2 tablespoons of sour cream to noodles and stir.
    Add rest of sour cream to meat mixture (1 big spoonful at a time) and stir.
    Sprinkle paprika in with the meat and sour cream mixture.
    Place noodles on a large plate and pour meat mixture on top.
