Fudge Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs, separated
2 oz. chocolate
1/3 c. sifted bread flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation

Melt chocolate over hot water.
Cool.
Cream butter.
Add sifted sugar.
Beat until creamy.
Add egg yolks, then melted chocolate.
Beat in flour.
Add vanilla and salt to egg whites and beat until stiff.
Fold into batter.
Bake in greased 8 1/2-inch pie plate at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Serve with ice cream.
