Red And Green Tomato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) pie shell
    4 c. sliced red and green tomatoes
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
    1/3 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
    1 clove garlic, minced
    evaporated milk or cream (small amount and optional)
Preparation
    Brush raw pie shell with evaporated milk or cream; bake in preheated oven at 450\u00b0 for 5 minutes only. Cool slightly.
    Place the sliced tomatoes in the precooked shell. Mix together the mayonnaise, cheese and garlic, then spread over tomatoes. Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0 until tomatoes are tender. Heats up well in microwave.
