Chicken Enchilada - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. celery
    1 c. onions
    1 c. green or red pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 can chicken broth
    4 or 5 chicken breasts, cooked and chopped
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes and chili peppers
    shredded sharp cheese
    flour tortillas
Preparation
    Chop and saute celery, onions and peppers in butter.
    Mix all ingredients together, except tortillas and cheese.
    In baking dish, put in tortillas and pour sauce mixture over and then cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese melts.
